40 years of experience in the management of national and international sustainable energy development programs. Drafted policy documents relating to nations official energy policies (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan). Experience in initiation, formulation, and implementation of development programs in the field of energy transition, technology transfer, and energy security. Worked with UN agencies to help develop modern-day green energy solutions in Central Asian countries.
